FINISH THAT ROOM
The RENEW is an elevated Refresh. It has additional items such as replacing the over stove microwave with a hood, possibly some additional cabinetry, a pantry remodel or new appliances.
It includes all the basic "refresh package" elements such as new countertops, backsplash, cabinet painting, hardware, and some lighting additions or swaps.
Price Range $25-40K depending on extent of scope.
Includes a designer, project management, sub coordination and quality oversight throughout the project.
The RENEW
A REFRESH AND MORE
The REMODEL package is also one of our most popular. It is defined by a footprint change, which could include expanding your island, removing a peninsula wall and creating a center island, additional cabinetry added or all new cabinetry, lighting changes, pantry relocation or remodel, along with all the bells and whistles of the previous packages. These are just some examples!
This package typically runs between $50-100K+ based on the scope of new cabinetry needed.

The REMODEL
A FULL REMODEL
The RENOVATE is the big daddy of kitchen remodels. It is defined by a structural change due to the removal of walls and a full kitchen demo and rebuild. We could move the kitchen to another area of the house if you wanted! We have excellent crews to handle all that is needed.
This package typically runs $75-140,000K
