BLOOM DESIGN BUILD PROCESS

Construction

Selections + Pricing

It starts with meeting our amazing designers!
They will come to your home to discuss your project ideas.

If your project requires a footprint change or a large amount of new cabinetry, we will create a rendering for you to assist in visualizing the overall project scope and design.

Your designer will create a mood board or bring over some initial  samples to look at during this first phase.

Kickoff Meeting + Moodboard + Project Planning

 phase 1

After we define your project scope, wishlist and budget, your designer will help you make selections in tile, countertops, cabinet colors, hardware, flooring, etc.

Once these decisions have been made, you will be presented with a bid that you are able to approve or adjust scope at that time. We want you to be comfortable with the cost of your project before the first hammer is swung.

If your project requires new cabinetry, we will order at this time.

And then we carry out the plan.
You will receive a timeline, a projected completion date, a layout of the project phases and any other information you need.

Communication is our cornerstone of success. During  construction you will receive a weekly email about what is upcoming along with daily reports about is what is happening the next day.

Larger projects will have a construction project manager who will schedule our trades and oversee quality of work.

         Punch List

The final phase is our punch list.  While we aim to take care of any loose ends during the project, we finish the project 100% by the end of this phase with a sign off from you of your confirmation that everything is complete.
